HOW TO SHOP

Album Sales: Comment “SOLD” or "CRAB" to claim an item. We do not allow you to edit your comments. We also ask that you please do not delete your comment, if you decide to pass, please just comment “PASS”.

Wall Post Sales: Comment Sold, do not delete comment. Reply with Pass if you decide you no longer want item.

Live Sales: Comment SOLD or CRAB and Item #. Sometimes we will say 2nd or 3rd to comment sold. This is to allow people with slower internet a chance to catch up. We have to go based on what we see on our screen. We do not allow passing on live sales.

We have a three strikes you are out policy for unpaid invoices without communication. You will be removed from our group.

We do not condone flipping. Please only claim with intention to wear (or gift!). If we see someone claim an item and then list it with a finders fee, we hold the right to cancel to claim.

INVOICING / SHIPPING TIMELINE

We will invoice within 24 hours of the sale closing, usually before. We will also ship within 48-72 business  hours of you paying. We ship 5 days a week. If you are purchasing from an album takeover sale, shipping can take up to one week. This is because the items are shipped to us first, then to you. We appreciate your patience.

GIVEAWAYS

​If you have been chosen to win a giveaway please fill out this form completely. https://goo.gl/forms/Wr2ggKbtFsEmELo82 We ask that you give us up to 6 weeks to ship, as we only process these items when we are caught up from paid sales. We also ask that you only win one giveaway per month. We will do this on the honor system. Please pass your giveaway so we can pick another winner. If you receive a giveaway and it is not the correct size or your dislike the print, please pay it forward. We will not exchange.

PAYMENT

Please pay your invoice within 24 hours of receipt. An open invoice question does not count against the payment timeline :). Please do not claim an item and not pay the Invoice. Multiple failure to pay will result in being removed from our group. If you cancel one item in an order, your entire order can be cancelled at our discretion. Furthermore, if you won any prizes in relation to your order if even a single item is cancelled you will lost those Freebie’s as well.

SHIPPING

Shipping is $4 for ONE pair of leggings, $5 for one item, $8 for all other orders and FREE over $150. We provide tracking with our shipments, which will come to the email you have provided. If tracking shows the shipment was delivered to the address you provided then we direct you to the USPS. If you would like to pay extra for shipping we are happy to insure the package on your behalf at the cost to ship. Please message us after purchase, but before payment of invoice to arrange.

LOCAL PICKUP

We cannot allow local pickups at our home due to Frederick City regulations. We can meet at an offsite location, please contact us to make special arrangements.

IN SEARCH OF POSTS

We do not presell and are unable to answer ISOs. Please do not post them on the wall (we don't approve them). We get new stock in every week so if you like an item get it before it’s gone!!

LULACASH/COUPON RULES

1. LuLaCash can not be combined with other LuLaCash

2. LuLaCash can not be combined with other offers or already discounted items.

3. LuLaCash will be accepted at our discretion on special releases/ new items or any items in our inventory. LuLaCash will not be accepted on items that are already discounted.

5. $5 or % off LuLaCash can be used on any purchase.  $10 LuLaCash can only be used on purchases of $35 or more. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer store credit for any returns. However, we must receive it back in the 30 day timeframe and it must follow the proper return procedure and items must be 100% sellable condition. Capsule, Holiday collections and any discounted items are exceptions, they are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. To initiate an exchange or return, please email chiccrabboutique@gmail.com (you do not need a response to send the items). Items can be shipped to 1910 Belford Drive Frederick, MD 21702. Items must be returned to us in the same condition we sent items to you. Items must be in wrapped in plastic with all tags on the. Please do not send in manila or paper envelopes. These tear easily. Also you must wrap the items in plastic as it does rain and items can get damaged. We do not accept any responsibility for items damaged in the return process. You must also include a printed copy of the receipt in the package, you will need to go into your email and print.  We will return the item to you if you do not follow this procedure!!  If there is no receipt you will take the lowest possible price for that item which would be $10 off or 10%.  Also if prizes were received in relation to item purchase that will be reduced from the price as a restocking fee of up to an additional 20%. We will not accept returns that have not been returned in this fashion (there will be no exceptions or changing of deadlines due to you not following this policy). You will be responsible for shipping charges to have the items returned to you. If you do not claim the returned items within 30 days they will be donated.

** Credit’s must be used within 60 days of issue.

Hey There!! Welcome to our shopping group! I run our LuLaRoe business from Frederick, MD. We are the parents of a very active 5 year old Logan and a fun almost 2 year old Lincoln. Our shopping group tries to serve the needs of all of our shoppers with live, album & mystery sales! We throw in some fun and giveaways to!! We are always looking for hostess’ to host private parties online or in home so they can earn free LuLaRoe! (Contact us for more information) We send text alerts before most releases. We also create a group event that you can RSVP to. Make sure you have notifications on for our group, as we sometimes have surprise sales or giveaways!!

We provide tracking with our shipments, which will come to the email you have provided. If tracking shows the shipment was delivered to the address you provided then we direct you to the USPS. If you would like to pay extra for shipping we are happy to insure the package on your behalf at the cost to ship. Please message us after purchase, but before payment of invoice to arrange.

LOCAL PICKUP: Packages will be ready for pick up in the bin on our porch 72 business hours after payment. Come by anytime. Don’t worry your packages are under camera surveillance, so they are safe.
